The Classic look in motorscooters with more power and speed than all competitors.
Until now you could get a Classic or Retro look electric scooter with the flat floor, but you could only get it with low power and limited range. Until the ZEV Classic 3600 that is. Like all ZEV, the chassis, motor and the controller is the key. Our bikes simply have more power and speed and a stronger chassis that can carry two people.
More Power and Speed than the ZAP Zappino. The ZAP claims only 3000 watts of peak power. ZEV CLASSIC bikes have 4100 watts of peak power and 3600 watts of continuous power. ZAP is silent as to its continuous power.
The competitors to the ZEV Classic do not have the ZEV 3 speed "electronic transmission" that gives you a power boost for hill climbing or the ability to reduce power consumption for more range.
Speed - While still only a 10 inch wheel that limites top speed compared to the 13 inch wheels of other ZEV (or other scooter brands), the Classic can run 32 mph Compare to the ZAP Zappino with only 30 mph.ZEV is 7% faster.
Range - depends upon terrain, weather, load. Our range is measured on flat land on standard day conditions.

This is a 60 Volt system bike available with either lithium or lead/silicone battery. Your choice. Silicone lead batteries are GreenSaver 38 Ah. The lithium battery are ThunderSky 40 Ah.

Please understand that the smaller wheels (10 inch) on any Classic or Retro look bike made by any company will make it slower, and have less range than the larger wheelbase, larger diameter wheels and motors on the standard ZEV (or any other larger wheel vehicle of equal power). But if your needs do not require so much speed, and are more in-city driving, then just like in Europe, where these bikes are the standard, they will do the job better than any other brand of similar bike.
The ZEV CLASSIC in Silicone is one of the world's best values in scooters being at the very low end of the price range, yet still having reasonable performance.
